Personally.. Syawal 2010 brings thousand and one beautiful memories for me....

Those who knew... this year have been nothing but a challenging as well as a trouble year for me..

it's been a hard journey surviving it...

sweat... tears.... screams... sadness....

about almost eveything i have endure to push through just one day in my life....

it is a battle everyday...

However, i thank ALLAH sWt for blessing me with such a beautiful ppl in my life...my family.. fc.... besties...

who have been the greatest support in my life...

their continous love and support as well doa...

makes me stonger and determine to live through this life which is a gift from Allah swt!!!

Alhamdulilah, that battle is finally over....the grey skies r finally moving....

I am so thankful that despite all the trouble times... allah swt love and care have been my greatest pillar strength...

Though at times, i question HIM.... HE always show me the right path to take....

Evrything happened for a reason.... all we need is to have faith in him..

Im glad i did.........

What i have learnt from him!!

Today... while waiting for 913 with Fc.. as usual , was busy complaining bout my life issues the tiny weeny problems ( i mean who wouldn't rite... dOnt bluff if you don't!!)
It was then.. Fc stopped me when he saw this boy in a wheelchair on the road from far, He was moving at the opposite direction of the road..
Lucky for him, there weren't many cars on the road...
Naturally, FC was pretty worried bout the young chap cos he was ALONE!! scared that he might get hit.. scared that he might fall...
However, when he got closer... what i noticed was about him, beside he was on a wheel chair,.. he too has cerebral palsy!!
But what got me and FC amazed was His sheer determination on his face...
Despite being a wheel chair... I noticed that he did not give up.. He still moves even though at times, i could see him struggling to keep at the side of the road... Mind you.. with such condition...Should any reckless driver fails to notice him, may end up hitting him and severely injuring him.
But this boy just keep moving forward despite all the risk He was trying his mighty best to move on HIS OWN and hopefully reaching his destination, no matter how slow and how hard it is... the strength i see in him is so remarkable...

That was when FC said to me.... " U KEEP COMPLAINING HOW HARD YOUR LIFE IS... BUT HAVE U SEEN HOW HARD THAT BOY HAVE TO LIVE.... NOW AFTER THAT PERHAPS THEN U REALIZE WHAT YOU GOING THROUGH IS JUST SMALL PORTION OF HIS HARDSHIP.. HOWEVER HARD IT IS... REMIND YOURSELF HOW LUCKY TO BE BLESSED WITH GOOD HEALTH AND ABLE BODY...."

It was then regrets and shame fill my heart.. if i could have cry in public.. i have definitely would do so... Was holding back in my heart.... Goodness... all this while..i keep saying how hard my life is right now to FC... i failed to open my eyes and heart to see how lucky i am... to be bless by Allah swt..
with good health with complete family with beautiful frens with LOVE....
How could i even do that... Astagfirullah!!

Today... i learn an important lesson... that whatever happened in life.... always be grateful for the beautiful life that Allah swt grants us... The hardship that we complain and bitch about maybe just one tenth of some one else... yet they gets on with life, carrying A BIG SMILE on their face.. That strength in them... and if they can do it... i believe u and i could do the same!!! Allah swt dont disappoint us and all we need to believe in him..
Since He bring us here.. He will bring us through it.. Insya allah!! :)
Psst.. maybe this is one way Allah swt tries to show me how lucky i amy i am .. :)

What is love?
The real definition of love?
How do one know that what they are feeling is Love?
How do one define love?

I been asking myself the same questions just like many million people out there... to know precisely what is Love is... Some said u know u r in love when u want to meet that special person all the time..
Some said u just knew it.. That Gut feeling... while others said... that chemistry being shared between 2 individuals is LOVE?

Well personally to me.... It is all the above.. In fact, i think Falling in love is an experiment.. some times u may get it right.. some times u may get wrong.... U may have done your thorough research yet it seems to fall short in certain areas... then u have to analyze the results before thinking solutions to future improvements... hoping it will be better the next round.. though some are lucky in their first trial.. Kudos to u peeps.. Majority like us have to undergo many trials before we meet the one...

For a person who went through couple of experiments myself..LOL.. enduring the heart ache each time falling out in love... sucks totally... i bet u know it feels.... Nevertheless, i like the idea of falling in love.. perhaps maybe i enjoyed the attention shower on me.. come on.. u guys too right!!
Thus i don't know i fall in love due to the attention or simply just because IT IS LOVE!!

I always have that perception how could one be in love.. stayed madly in love with one person for the rest of their lives...I have no idea... I find it weird that someone can stay in a r/s for so long.. pure dedication to that particular person... Dont they get bore or sick? OR THIS IS WHAT THEY CALLED LOVE?? Even those in the r/s sometimes ponder whether they r in love or because they have been too long in the r/s hence it is better to stay in it coz it is too expensive to let go...

Well, i didn't know what it is maybe after falling out of love couple times, makes me realize that perhaps it is simple companionship that many of us seeks for rather than love... once that companionship turns sour... everything simply ends.
However, my perception begins to change when i met a special one almost 5 years back.
Honestly, in the early stages.. i didn't know that i could even survive....

Yet, as time goes.... it gets better... as if the right piece of jigsaw have been placed in the correct spot.... time definitely has allowed us to learn more bout one another... tweaking it abit here and there to get the whole consistency right ( don't mind me.That was just me having a BAKING moment. ahaha)

I enjoyed my times with him..going out with him...watching movies.. seeing him in action wen he played soccer...and each time he sent me back, i will secretly hoping that he could spend more time wif me.. and the day should have been 48 hours instead of 24... :P

I enjoyed all the crappy talks we share.. seeing his "couldnt be bothered" expression when i gave him lame jokes.. or his irritated face ( raising his eye brows) when i constantly asking him questions bout things i dont know and those i know..LOL
seeing him alone just make my day...i grew comfortable being around with him
If this is what they call love.. feeling restless when that special one is not around.. Then i am feeling it..

Nevertheless, just like any other r/s.. ours too are not spared from its trials...
Being opposite from each other.. we both have our own ways
Often.. we misunderstood the intentions or signals that either one of us tried to show
There are times.. it gets so hard trying to make things better...
He has his own.. Me with mine....
2 individuals with 2 different personalities in one room...
It is either make it or break it...
But im glad among the differences, we managed to find that one similarity..
That we truly want to be in it together...solving and making things right for both of us.
Adapting and respecting each other..Overcoming the flaws just to bring us closer to one another ..
If this what they call Love... I truly agrees...

Hence, answering that question that were in my mind... how do one stayed madly in love with one person for the rest of their lives... I think Love make it happened....
The 3 words.. I LOVE YOU have been used so casually yet no one knows the true meaning until they truly meet the one..
I'm glad that i am blessed with that opportunity to know such a beautiful partner..inside and out
Who has allowed me to appreciate the true meaning of Love..
IMPERFECT RELATIONSHIP.. PERFECT LOVE...

So that is my definition of LOVE..

Catch the ugly truth...personally i think it is kinda interesting how men and women differs in their thinking.... BATTLE OF THE SEXES..
I have to admit that at certain parts of the movie.
I was literally nodding in agreement with Katherine- ABBY's words and grossly disagreeing with Gerald-MIKE's manly observations of us.
Of course, Fc was on the opposite end
and we were basically having MILD debate over who is right in the theater. LOL!
as usual, no one wins.:P

I think we can learn a lil something from the movie.

Both men and women are developed differently hence how we thinks DEFINITELY not the same. Nevertheless, that is what attracts us to one another.
THE OPPOSITE.
Guess the old adage may have some truth in it after all.
It is that difference in us-both female and male, that make us unique and strangely attracts the curiosity of the opposite sex.
Just like me and Fc.
One who is extra friendly with someone who is shy.:P

One particular scene which i simply LOVE is when Mike declared his love to Abby in a hot air balloon.
Despite her neurotic behaviour and never mind the fact that she is a control freak,
he still loves her just the way she is.
HOW ADORABLE!!

Not to mention, when Abby wore vibrating undies to executive company dinner.
It was freaking hilarious to see how Abby's reaction when the undies starts to vibrates vigorously.
The whole theater was basically laughing loudly. ;)

Lastly, to answer the main debate between Abby and Mike over
WHO IS MORE PATHETIC WHEN COMES TO FINDING LOVE
AS WELL AS
WHO IS MORE COMPLICATED??
My answer: MEN. :P

She requested me to bake cuppies for her engagement since last year. Hence, i could not turn it down.
My buddy MIda wanted red and yellow combo to match with her engagement theme. Well,i found it hard to see the 2 colors in unison initially. Not til...l i bake it and play around wif the colours, then i realise it is not bad after all... hehehehehehe..reminds me of the marigold flowers.. thats explained the name of the cuppies..
baked 50 of these and packed in individual containers, which is decorated wif the cute sticker designed specially for MIda and her special one.

thanks for the faith u have in me. hope u enjoy the cuppies as much as i do making it for u...AND MAY U AND AJAK STAY LOVING FOREVER... MUACKS!!

Met Fc after a long time.. perhaps almost 3 weeks... we din reali see each other due to my thesis...
Hence, today managed to spend our time together.... accompanied him to Queensway to see his jerseys..
However, instead of getting his stuffs, i bought my stuffs instead... LOL!!

Did some shopping myself... cant believe that Queensway have interesting shops to see apart from all the cliche football shops or sport shops.... There were so many shops with interesting array of clothings...
ALL I LIKE!! MIND YOU, the price is too pretty affordable... So i decided to treat myself after slogging for the thesis and almost suffering a major breakdown becoz of it... I bought 3 clothings... 1 top, 1 long dress and 1 short dress..:P

Guilty? Perhaps but i have not been doing any shopping for myself and there are no new clothes in the wardrobe for last few months so i think it is only fair to splurge on myself once in a while..But in this case,errr... Fc decided to sponsor for me... hehehehehehee...... THANkies FC!!!!

After all that, went to Ikea to walk around before heading home. Thanks Fc,muacks :)

: IT IS GOING TO BE MY TURN!!

Lately, more and more pictures of my friends taken from their Graduation ceremonies have been uploaded onto Face Book.It is so happy to see each and every one of them dressed in their graduation gown and caps.. as well the CERT in their hands to mark their success.Proud parents smiling away and happily snapping pictures. All the sheer hardwork and efforts....
All the years preparing to reach where they r right now.... just to hold that cert in their hands and donning the gown.

It is going to be my turn soon. pretty soon. The day i waited for a very long time.
It has been a roller coaster journey for me. I was never a STAR student.
I always took the longer route to do something.
From primary school to sec school to college eventually Uni.
A very Very long way just to complete what others may accomplished in a shorter time.
It was a fight for me to do what i want to do.
I remembered once, in JC ,a HOD who constantly discouraging me from taking up Science faculty despite my interest. She said that she have doubts of me doing well or even passing my A levels.
She continued to pester me to switch to the ARTS stream. CONSTANTLY.
It hits me badly thinking am i such a bad student. M i not as smart as my other classmates?
Don't i have the spark in me to do well and achieve something in life?
Do i lack of lustre that i cant shine in my own way?
It just disappoints me.
Nevertheless, i do not succumb to it.. In fact, i followed what my heart says.

Alhamdulilah, i never look back since. I never regret every of my decision to choose to do what i want to do. Although i do not get the placement in the local uni, i was privileged to enroll in the course which i love to do- BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES by University of Bradford.
I am not like other ppl who simply can pack their bags and fly to other country to further their studies.
I wish i could but i cant.
I do not come from a rich family, who willing sponsors everything for me.
My mum and dad works doubly hard to ensure that i get to further my studies.
Things doesn't come simple for me. I am not born with that golden or silver spoon in mouth.
I do not get the easiest way out. Everything is a fight.

But i am truly grateful to ALLAH SWT for allowing me to do what i love. Though I have to take that long route to complete the journey, i never regret every minute of it as i have learn to better appreciate what is life all about.

I'm almost reaching the end. The smell of victory is pretty near.
Hence, this graduation is simply sweetest victory for me as well as for my family.
I may not be a Star Student and have the luxury in life but i have the determination to be the best that i can be.

I cant wait for my graduation.. or u may called it Convocation. :)
I will wear that graduation gown with MY cert in MY hand.
IT IS GOING TO BE MY TURN!!

Been craving for home made burger patties for pretty long time.
Yeah, i know i can get the instant RAMLY burgers at shieng shiong or even the pasar malam.. OR maybe just head down to any Fast food restaurants to get one.
On the contrary, i prefer something home made.
The one made with TLC. Smashing, mixing and flipping over the good ol burgers.
Thus, i have decided to get messy and made the home made burger patties.
If i may say, I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF. Absolutely no MAMA's HELP

saw a recipe online.. and tempted to do it for a very long time as i realli wonder how does a red velvet cake taste like... not to mention the colours itself excites me so much... the possibility of a cake to be RED... !! Yes, u heard me right.. IT IS RED!!
Since my graduation bbq's theme was black and red.. i decided to do it.praying at evry single step tat i will not make a mistake...
AND THE VERDICT: Im glad i tried it... heheheh....
It look gorgeous... moist... and laced wif a choco flavour.....the recipe calls for an 8' cake but i make it into lil cuppies... for each guest...
Top it wif cream cheese frosting.... :)
too bad i do not have nice picture of the nice frosted cuppies as it was last minute..

i hope that the guests will loved it... as much as i did making it... hehehehhe...
ABAH LOVES it too coz he ask to make again.. just for him.. hehehehehe :)

SCREWED UP BIG TIME!!!!

SCREWED UP BIG TIME!!!!:

So upset with my performance during viva vocae...
i din expected that it was going to be so bad for me....
Urgh... Nways the day have been so bad for me....
Truly so bad.....:(

Started out that i was almost late for my viva even though i went out house at 930am... The train service was so horrible... too almost AN HOUR TO REACH JURONG EAST..... oh yes... 1030am and i am still at Jurong east yet the next train comes almost 6 to 7 minutes interval... that i decided to take a cab down..
the cab driver was so fast that i reached there by 1055am... Didnt even managed to see Yati at the canteen as i just rushed to the viva room... and to know that there 3 more person before me who r yet to go....haiz...

The viva vocae was just an icing to my bad day.... though i could said my whole speech but i simply cant open my mouth to answer the questions. MY WHOLE MIND JUST GOES BLANK!!
I was either giving one simple answer to the questions i thought i know or smiling to those i dont.
I was seriously BLANK!! I was practically looking at Dr Mani and Dr Syn the whole time.They were trying their best to get answers from my mouth but there were so much that they could do. My mouth simply refused to cooperate with my brain.
Only God knows how much i wanted to cry and just walked away. It was that bad. Super bad!!
How i was so disappointed with myself. Not because i didnt do well but because i know the answers to the questions yet i just simply could not answer it.. Questions as simple as 'WHAT IS A CELL LINE?"
i knew the answer at the back of my head but Why cant i get it out!!
It was so frustrating.WHATS WRONG WITH ME???
That was the most painful 15 minutes ever in my entire life.:(

The moment i stepped out of the room, i knew i screwed up BIG TIME. I never had that feeling before in any exam. Previously, i knew i could somehow make it. However, this time round, i could helped but to feel remorse over my bad performance. I guess ppl who have ever experienced it will know what it is like.Usually, I dont cry over it but i prefer to be alone to think through what has happened. This time is exceptional.

BG indeed to me is a very hard module. Didnt have that motivation to even revise it . VIVA just make it even worst. If i cant even answer that simple questions during Viva... how am i suppose to do my written exam.....

Urgh.... my friends were trying to cheer me up and i thanked their efforts... however i simply cant forget that incident cos i was so disappointed in myself. Just wana laugh and smile but i cant for now.
Even met Fc for awhile... Cos i just wana be in my room and sleep...
Sleep away the incident.

It is only 20% of the module but indeed it is a very hard one to get. Yes, there 70% that i could focus on.But the feeling of regret of not doing best for that 20% component that maybe a different to the whole final result. Great, knowing i screw big time for that... and my 20% just fly off just like that.

So what im going to do now... work my ass off the paper.... And maybe i could just pull through some how... it better be.... coz it is the last paper... sucks isnt it....

I am not a perfect gerl... Im not like any other gerls out there...
Perhaps by now.. People may picture me being a shrewd and judge me!
But hey, im after all a human, learning from experience and her mistakes nevertheless.

Story of a Nasi Lemak:

received a call from Fc this morn... urgh... was so hard to get up especially when i slept at 3 am..
he said he needs to see me urgently at my place.. so he will be heading down to my place straight away after his first half shift.. from the way he said to me and sent me an sms to remind to wake up, i felt rather uneasy... what is it that makes it so URGENT and IMPORTANT that he has to see me straight away...

Being so overly concerned... my mind kept thinking all the worst possible scenarios.. i shall not disclose.. hahaha paisey la.. hehehehehe... hence i wasted no time to get ready and waits for his next sms when he is reaching...

so about 10 am, he said he was already at the station.. so i hurried down... while walking, my mind again seems to be thinking what is the URGENT MATTER all about??

when i saw him sitting down, all tired from his shift work... more worst case scenarios appear in my mind...

so i approached with him with that concern look and quickly ask whats the matter.... and there he was smiling at me..... looking and still smiling away.. i guess he must haf knew that i was very uneasy...
then he handed me a red plastic bag...

AND GUESS WAT... it is NASI LEMAk....:)

ok...ok... let me explain... hahahahaha... i have been wanting to eat nasi lemak for a very long time.. i din get the time or opportunity to do so.. dun ask me why nasi lemak.. it is just the cravings i had... maybe perhaps after watching little nyonya.. the scene where they were nasi lemak on the banana leaf...

I was supposed to meet FC yesterday.. however i overslept.. and did not wake up in time.. by the time i realised, Fc was already back home and resting. So kinda disappointed... because of nasi lemak yes.. but more of not meeting and seeing FC... ;(

Hence today, knowing i been wanting to eat that so badly, he actually took his time to buy for me.. 2 packets.. hehehee... i guez he thinks 1 is not enuf for me... Urgh... hahahahaha.... It is reali a pleasant surprise... So this is the urgency that he said to me... hehehehehehe...

The nasi lemak sure taste nice but the sheer love and happiness makes it extra special...
I enjoyed the nasi lemak though it maybe just a normal and simple nasi lemak... But to me.. the amount of love and care was genuinely felt, giving it an added kick to the simple yet delicious nasi lemak...

Each time i read this email, guilt and sadness will set in. How could i miss the only email that was sent by my brother when he was in NZ!! It was only 1 month after he was back in Singapore that i realized this email. I was shocked and practically in tears when i read what he have wrote to me. He was so enthusiastic to share his NZ experiences with us here.Missing evryone back at home. Even though, we always fought and argue but he is my special lil brother. Knowing that it is costly to call back often, email was the best choice to send his warmest regards and news to us. Yet, i missed the only email that my younger brother have sent me as i rarely use this email. I know he must have been very eager waiting for my reply. How could i be so careless!!

which set me thinking did i let my emotions rule my decisions and let things go out of hand.....
things have snowballed out proportion......

feeling so pissed right now.. don't know why.. perhaps it is due to my dissertation preparations...
not sure myself whether im going on de right track or motivated to do my final year project... honestly i just don't know why... all the journals which i hope i searched are the right ones are laying on the bed as we are speaking here... detailed layout have been prepared.. yet still cant managed to find that source of motivation just to start typing... HAIZ!!!!
maybe it is all due to the stupid incident, which is still at it is making me burns like hell.. if u somehow could just understand how it feels like... and it is certainly not helping when my own supervisor is not replying to me like any other supervisors... seriously my motivation is low... while my classmates are reading their replies and emailing their supervisors about their thesis.. mine seems to be MIA.. this really makes me so sad to know what type of supervisor i have.. it is not that i complaint but somehow, perhaps some proactiveness may be do some justice... certainly make me so reluctant to do it... but somehow i have just need to find that in me to carry on... OH GOD, just give me a little strength to pull k.. it is simply so hard to focus and do what i want to right now... especially knowing what kind of supervisor i have... My friends and I decided to meet my lect as we r facing the same problem. NO REPLY from supp. the lect was so nice enough to assist us in the matter.... Thanks and i appreciate it.

went out wif fc ~ running and physical training in de morn... Fc is so called my physical trainer... make me run so far.. so many times... :( and did so many crunches...

WAHlau.. until my tummy so painful.... hu hu...

did de male push up.. which i cant do for nuts... dat he improvise a step call BRIDGE... hahahaha..... eets a step whereby i haf elevate my whole body and wif my arms on de floor, supporting my whole weight....hu hu.. so painful...

now i know how unfit i was... though i wasnt exactly dat super fit back in skool days... hu hu...
but he was nice enuf to keep encouraging me...
think of de goal tat i wan to achieve....

weekend starts pretty early dis week... after RT at north View Sec, went to meet FAt cat... spend my time wif him.. Winduuu kater kan... And also my whole fri- dae.. went to JB wif him... he was busily shopping his things... while me look by... Hu Hu... coz NO MOOLAH.... but he was kind enuf as usual to buy me alot of things.. thanks baby... NO pixs... coz lazy to snap around.. :p

SAturdae was reserved for my Lil sis, Kak Sal, Amira and Syafiq.. de usual routine of de ladies dae out every month... usuali syafiq and his AYah will haf their GUYS dae out... but since ABg lee is in Abu Dhabi rite now.. so he has to tag along.....

went around de whole town... from noon till late nite...walking endlessly.... talking non stop.. laughing evry minute.... eating and drinking almost evry hour... ADER Je...
Starts off lunch at PUncak den we went to DFS....simply in love wif de place... went to evry BOUTIQUE.... ooooh... feeling LOADED.... went to GUCCI, COACH, LV, BORTEGA VENNETA, TIFFANY, CARTIER and many more........den head off to TAka.. coz syafiq needs to get his LEGO... walk around lagi... HEHEHEHE...

need to use my cream cheese Asap coz eets going to expire in 2 weeks time.. so i baked something todae... got de recipe off from a blog long time ago.. cant remember which blog was it... Hence i decided to try it anyway... hoping it will put de cream cheese into a good use....

eets has three layers :the first is a crisp, dark chocolate biscuit base.The recipe called for varlhona choc but eets was so expensive thus i substitute something cheaper- Hershey cocoa . The second layer is a vanilla and cream cheese filling. The final tier is a layer of milk-chocolate fudge juz like a brownie. Lastly, dust wif icing sugar....

Oh yesh.. eets a guilt-inducing treat.... Oh yeah... more added pounds..heheehe.. The tang of the cream cheese works especially well to counter the sweetness of the milk chocolate, and the biscuit base is very mildly sweetened, to allow for the cocoa flavor to come through.

though eets a lil hardwork to do de layers... but all de efforts worth it.... :)

my bro camed back from New Zealand last fridae... and he insist to go to NEwton to eat seafood...
since he kept lamenting the fact.. FOOD WAS SUCKS at NZ.. no nice halal food... yaada yaada...
Hence my dad tout eets would be nice opportunity for all of us to go out dinner as a family since we din haf a quiet famili gathering for quite some time.. Ever since bro went to nz, i recalled.. My mom and sis went along wif the idea.. though i wasnt reali keen of it coz i DUn reali haf a liking for seafood excepts for prawns... :P

went der around 8 plus... eets was weekend.. so de outdoor seats are all taken up.. thus we sat at the BIg ROUND TABLE in front of the stall that we ordered from. This is the first time ordering for de stall- PIRATES seafood as we usuali go to the other stall which i cant remember the name.Abah keep saying let try diff stall and so we did. Crossing the fingers that eets may be as good as the previous stalls that we have went before.

As usuali, we ordered
- 2 CHiLi Big crabs, one cost almost 30 bucks..all coz eets it is fresh, big and of coz eets has ROe
( yucks)
- cereal prawns, my fav.. was enjoying this dish the most.. :p
- 2 medium size ikan pari Bakar...
- Sambal Sotong bakar
-Large Beef kailan, there's a weird taste of the beef somehow it is like rubber though the veggie is nice

and of coz.. i haf my fav drink ... AIR KELAPA... coconut drink i would say... Nice nice and the flesh was so tender and translucent.... cooling....

Overall the food at Pirates was okie... not bad.. Thumbs up for the cereal prawns and The Chili crabs although i preferred eets to be a lil spicy...
but hey eets was nice and eggy... :)

HEad back home around 10 , smelling like Ikan BAKar. DARN!!
But i love my family so im willing to sacrifice it all... :P

Bro Called.. I Cried...

my bro called todae from INDIa ... recpetion was prety bad... he talked to mama at first and then ABAh... almost put down de phone wen i said to abah i wana to talk to him... Initially i was fine.. asking him how is he... wen i hear his voice... my heart was so super sad and was on verge of tears... was controlling it though coz abah was in front of me... PAISEY!! Wat an irony coz that is my NORMAL BED TIME...

in any case... we reached airport- T2 way early 430 am.. THANKS to de efficient pakcik driver... hehehehe.. and oh boy.. driving at night is way beta... no messy jams.. less cars.. not that i drive.. but hey.. eets was a SMOOTH Journey... SInce eets sooooo early... my whole family decided to laze around at BURGER KING... and i got a dose of VANILLA LATTE from coffee Bean... reali need dat... since i was so darn tired... BRO had caramel latte ( i think so ah.... :p)..had croissant bacon sandwich....

sat der til 5am before heading to COUNTER 8 to meet de rest of the SAF comrades who r in together wif BRO... ABah met his ENCIK... and dey haf a very long talk... eaves dropped a lil bit... De ENCIK has been serving the force for almost good ol' 26 years since NS time...( salute u.. SIR...)... In fact de COMMANDING OFFICER of khatib camp was even der to send off his NS men... apparently according to ABAH, he is like de BIG BOSS in the whole camp... oooh... BOth Bro's ENcik and De CO were giving motivation talk to de 40 whole SAF men who going for the EXPEDITIOn... soon after that... eeets was check in time... so u can literally see de whole grp surrounding the counter...

RASA RASA 21 hey!!!!!

been pestering FC to go to RASA 21.. and my wish was granted ;).. in fact eets my 2ND trip to this place.. eets has a similar concept like BANquet but i personally think eets provide rather delicious and nicer food.. and of coz.. eets is AFFORDABLE $$$!! the ambience is certainly very pleasing and airy...

the reason that brought me all the way from NORTH to the EAST of singapore... was simply becoz of a PORRIDGE.. congee to be exact. The first trip that we went was futile coz we din know that the porridge is sold at a specific time... 6am til 3pm.. oh boy!! we were late.. and we ate FRIEd prawn hokkien mee instead... which is nice except it was MUAK-ish after some time.. maybe perhaps of the generous portion for the amount you pay and the egginess.. Overall.. i think eets a worth of a try... but my quest for the CONGEE isnt over...

So finally im here... 230pm..ordered a chicken congee.. apparently eets was a popular dish among the customer...so haf to wait ah... without any minute to lose.. i quickly a bowl of chicken congee... *correction* a wok full of chicken congee with egg on the spot when they serve you.. Plus youtiou.. super yummy!!! when i said eets a wok full is means REALI A WOK FULL OF CONGEE.. wat i like about this... beside being my favourite kind of porridge rather than the tuang kuah onto the bubur... this congee is cook to a perfection... there was generous amount of chicken slices in the porridge and you can simply taste the flavour in yar mouth.. all this for only $ 2.80 ( murah tu)!!!!!!!

FC had 2 plain prata and tea... dun decieved by the look... FC commented that eets was "NOT BAD" even the kuah dalca looks rather pale in comparison with others that i have seen before.. But since coming from the guru of CEREWET-ness... i would trust his judgement* grin*

However... the tea was his ultimate fav of all... he said that eets was very nice and do not leave that unwanted after taste in yar mouth and EETS was milky.. ;)

Overall experience... i would said... I WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK despite having to take feeder bus from interchange and walk a distance jus to reach the place... but hey... eets worth the walk... nwae this place provides other interesting stuff....FC also said he too wil come back.. YEAH!!!! As for now.. eets de CONGEE that will make me a regular patron der.. hehehehhe....TRY it OUT... jgn tidak tau!!!

well actuali.... eets started out to be a plan to go to MIDA CHALET... together... since we r de onli ones left who r free to go... and Emi suppose to come to... but i guez she was busy... hehehh...

ril casually suggested we go bowling at DOWNTOWN~ the latest bowling place.. before heading to MIDA chalet coz eets onli startd in the evening.... so i proposed de idea to YAti.. asking Andi to join along...

SUPRISINGLY... THE SUHANDIs to come... thankies..we planned to meet at 6 plus.. and since me and ril were der first... we register our names first...lucky der wasnt many ppl...

abt 7 15 we alreadi started to play...2 sets of game...
honestly, i was pretty worried dat de boys wun mingle..but eh... once dey met... dey r able to click...and macm old frens la.... hehehe

and of coz... DE BOYS R DE WINNER AND DE GERLS r d LOSER...boo!!!!

ECP cycling trip '08

*19 july 2008*

well.. as usuali... my MDIS darlings planned for acycling trip.... actuali eets EMI who wanted it so badly.. and of coz eets not a bad idea... hehehehe... after all eets been a long time since i cycled...

de initial plan started out wif almost 10 ppl coming for de trip... but onli 5 who made it...

since de rest r unable to do so...:(

eets was a fun trip... and of coz...KECOHRABLE...even der 5 of us...

we met at 2 and had a brunch meanwhile waiting for mida to come...

once mida reached... we kept our thing in her car..

and straight to de BASIkal kiosk... :)

emi keep insisting to cycle for 2 hours..

oh Boy...her wish was granted ..

wen we found a shop offering pay for 1 hour of cycle get an hour free...

LUCKY US...

emi and mida decided on de RONALD MACDONALD BICYCLE..

darn dey r cute... hehehe... esp wen mida cant ride a bicycle..

me, yat and hani decided on de red bicycle...

unfortunately eets was high for HANi...

she had difficulty in getting de bike to move... hehehehe

hence.. me and yat haf to be RANGER... hahahaha

ensuring dat all r safe...

first destination ... BEDOK jetty...

eets was reali so nice... de breeze and de view.. of coz more of cam whoring der...

next was de BEAUTIFUL GARDEN..

wif so many flowers...

cool....

However, eets started drizzlin soon after...

we all decide to cont wif de journey under rain...

esp we neva get de chance so...

BUT EETS GET SO HEAVY...

dat i was having problems seeing...

gosh... and plus eets was so cold...

thus we haf no choice to stop to de nearest SHELTEr with 2 other families...

poor emi and mida...

their bicycle gave way.. causing them to push in de rain...

while waiting for de rain to subside.... all of us were looking at those ppl who were sufing..

apparently dey haf to get back to de shore due to de storm...

guez eets abotu 20 minutes dat we stayed der before de rain eventualli stops...

once eets was fine...

we cycled back to de original place

as eets was time to return de Bicycles...

den eets was time to CLEAN UP...

since eets pretty early to go SIMPANG BEDOK..

we decided to hang around at ECP MAC...

and of coz... de dae wun be fun without CAM WHORING session again....

i guez we r de most KECOH AND NOISY TABLE...

yeah.... tats my gerls...

once all dat eets done..

we head down to PAKWAY PARADE...

to find emi cuzzin bdae gift...

eets was alreadi 8 dat we FINALLI went to simpang bedok to eat..

darn... i was so famished

and my legs were sored...

and EMI WENT BACK... ody fetched her...

SAT to SUn to MOn

been a gr8 weekend... hahahaha.. totalli great.... enjoyed myself de whole 3 days wif FAt CAT.. coz eets OFF daes... happi happi... wat a way to destress after researching for a whole week... boring.... and assignments plus projects plus presentation are crashing at the same time... time wouldnt dat perfect wouldnt it....... so DE WEEKENDS R SOLELY FOR ME, MYSELF AND I.. hehehehhehe....... before heading back to de robotic whichs awaits me..... constantly... *wink*

so heading down to JB is de first thing in the itinerary.... couldnt be nay happy coz eets been a very long time since me and fat cat head down to JB... hehehehe.....our haven... evrything is way cheaper den SGD... so we ate at SECRET RECIPE...fat cat has his pan grilled dory in lobster sauce while me decided on a asain menu... thai fried rice wif tom yam which was a superd.. heheheh.. fat cat has his chocolate banana cake as his desert.... loved it.....after that we head to HOLIDAY INN... de usuali hang out for de pirates... hehehehe... * u know i know aite*.. and we saw kak sal and family der... surprise surprise... hehehehhe... next stop was CITY SQUARE... intended to watch HANCOCK... but eets was full house... so decided to postphone til tomolo... hence.... i went to JB POPULAR... eets freaking cheap.. way cheaper den SGD... bought few stationaries.... and walked around before heading back to SINGAPORE at 11pm....

next dae... eets was pretty short dae... coz fat cat was too tired from yesterdae trip to johor.. plus he juz came back from morning shift de dae before.... so he slept tru de whole dae... met in de evening to catch HANCOCK.... at yishun GV... eets was okie... not as fantastic as SPIDERMAN... but i think eets alright...

Mondae.... we went to FAr EAst to eat JIMBA mee... hahahaa... practically influence fat cat to eat at CAHAYA instead of PUNCAK... hehehehe... den we went to penin...to get his JAPAN ADIDAS JACKET.... and his soccer boots... and also his WWF BELT.... *eets freaking x lah*and makes him super happi.... and me... finalli i found de sequel to twilight... NEW MOON BY STEPHANIE MEYER... even de store owner said eets darn popular.... i got the last copy... eets 2nd hand... but in a very good condition.... wrapped in plastic... hehehehe... as long i can read it.,.. im so fine wif it.... fat cat promise tat he will get for me de next 2 books of de twilight saga...ECLIPSE and BREAKING DAWN... hehehe...super excited... tout of watching HELL BOY at causeway but eets full house. yet again... spo decided next time perhaps... hehehehehe.... thus... fat cat decide to go home coz he will be working morn tomolo.... before reaching home...

Fat cat gave me a PLEASANT SURPRISE... reali appreciate it.... din quite expect it... hehehe.... THANKIES FAT CAT... hehehehehe...... ooh... hapi ANIVERSARI 3 years 5 months... hehehe

i know u guys muz be shocked or shaking yar head in amazement tat im sooooooo excited over this movie.... bet at de back of yar head.. eets juz a movie.... WELL... eets maybe juz a movie to all of u...

but eets De movie i was waiting to watch....

alrite lemme clarify the whole situation that makes me so excited over this movie..... well, my mom brought back a book...

titled ' TWilight' by stephanie meyers

which seems to haf been accredited as the number 1 international selling success....

since i was darn bored at home... and der r no more books to read before bed time... i tried reading it...

Initially i tout eets juz another LAME love story...

but as eets dwells deeper... and intense..

unknowingly... i haf been lured into reading more and more..

De plot, de character, de romance simply falls rite wer it suppose to be...

eets make u filled wif evry single emotion that de character felt...

as if u r part of it...

REali encourage u guys out der to read it.....

I took onli 4 days to simply finish de whole book...

And cant wait to read de sequel...

eets a series consisting 4 books...

Well i hope i can read all..*hint hint*

de movie wil be out on the 12-12-08...

though eets stil far...

2 nites ago, i was practicallly up wif yat and helmi- my msn buddy.... to reminisce de gool ol' 90s...de songs that we grew up wif... eets a no wonder why we like dis... hahahahhaa..... de memories of de 90s.... back in sec skool.... gyrating and preparing for teachers dae concert, TALENT time... and wateva concerts tat can possibly haf to showcased our talents... * terrer ah tu *.... my god... eets beens a very long time since we went back to recall de songs that was sooooo our favourites.... esp de BOYBANDS..... BSB.. CODE RED, NSYNC and many more.... tat much of loyalty and dedication... that we willing to buy LIME, TEENAGE and many other mag juz to haf the poster of our FAV BOY BAND.... and tearing the pages to decorate de cover of the text book... and de writing on the book ... ' MRS NICK CARTER'.. unofficilay declared tu... not forgetting eets was a techno era... so songs from AQUA, VENGABOYS, TOY BOX and many more... will be blasting tru de radio... hahahaha...* joget tu kat dlm bilik...* ANd tak luper...
